I am a researcher in the technology domain.
My expertise is in Computer Vision, Augmented Reality, Remote Collaboration, Affective Computing, Machine Learning, Audio/Video Analytics.

From May 2016, I work at Twnkls Rotterdam as Principal Researcher in Augmented Reality.

From January 2016 to June 2016 I have been guest researcher at Delft University of Technology - TUDelft, The Netherlands. Between 2012 and January 2016, I worked at the Faculty of Technology, Policy, and Management (TBM/TUDelft). Before, I worked two years as a researcher at the Netherlands Defence Academy (Sensors, Weapons and Command group, the Royal Netherlands Navy). I finished the PhD. in 2009 (thesis: "Multimodal recognition of emotions") at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science, Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands.
